I did it! I finished the next
Yes Fit race. I honestly thought I was nuts for signing up for a long race - 121 miles. And yes it took a long time to do it at a few miles each day on the stationary bike, but the main thing is I did it! The race was through Scotland pointing out different facts and art work with unicorns. Very interesting. I will get my unicorn shirt and medal this week. Now I am going to do a short race in Charleston. I chose Charleston, SC because I have actually been there and I thought that would be fun. I also included the link above to yes.fit. I thought some of you might like to check it out. If you do decide to, please let me know and I will share a code with you that will give you (and me) a few dollars off the race!
The inchie word was China. I usually google the country's icons and chose from there. The first thing that caught my eye was - of course - the adorable panda. I would love to see one in person. They are just so precious.
Several challenges this week provided me some fun. And a good place to be since it is rainy and messy. Thank goodness the guy got my porch fixed a while back so we can at least step outside with Lakota without getting soaked.

And for no challenge at all just because I like to color -
Thank you for stopping by and saying hello! Please leave me a comment - I love hearing from you even if it just to say "hi"! Have a great week! Hugs!
Great challenge pieces and love that coloring page too. So fresh and fun. Congrats on your Yes Fit race. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteAh ha! So...you are Cathy54 on Cindy's Mojo and Weekend Weaver challenges, aren't you? Busted, lol! I've also been doing the Mojos and the Weekend Weaver challenges, and am so glad I found them. In fact, I think you were the one who tipped me off about them. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteFor the Inchie, I did a dragon against the flag of China. Notice that I don't say they are done well, ok?
Congratulations on the Unicorn Hunt. When you get the t-shirt and the medal, will you post a photo of them, please? Thanks.
JoyceB.
Well done on the Fit race!Dx
