Next I worked on a tile for Diane Clancy's site. We had to use tangles that began with L, Q, and D. I did Lanie first and was pretty happy with how that looked. Then I got the
Day 193. Not much to show for today. I worked on my inchie for Every Inchie Monday. The word was "nose". I just sketched a nose. Then inked the edges to help the white paper out. Funny how the top ink turned into fringed bangs!
The only other major accomplishment today was I scrubbed down my kitchen cabinets. Yahoo! I got all but one - I can't reach that and my brother said he will get it. As I look at my calendar, it is hard to believe my summer is slipping away. I hate to see that happen. It has been so nice to be pain free in my legs and feet. Then school will begin and that will only be a memory. I must get new shoes when I can afford them. I just can't seem to find ones that are comfortable and not too horrible looking. Any suggestions? Do nurse shoes help?
I hope you have a wonderful day! See you soon!
Busy as usual! Nice work done.

Love this week's pieces! As an aside....shoes...not sure where you are in the world but auntie used to swear by the HOTTER brand & she had real problems because of bunions, check them out online because I know they do mail order.

Your Finery is lovely!! :) I bet if you put some color into your L-Q-D would dance in a way that would make you happy!! Good for you for cleaning the cabinets. Good luck with shoes - I only wear sneakers but to me they look pretty dress as they are all black. Thank you for joining in!!

Very nice pieces this week, Cathy. I know what you mean about the pain. I was having awful pain and someone suggested Crocs! I hate Crocs. Ugly shoes, but it worked. No pain at all once I switched to Crocs. Also, you might try some of the new gel pad you can put in your shoes. You need more cushioning on the bottom. You could also get yourself one of those kitchen gel "rugs" to put where you stand the most.
